Shipping policy

At Odor Supply House, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, carrier rates, package size, and package weight.
We do not currently offer free shipping.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, manufacturer delays, supply shortages, or severe weather events.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available shipping providers, depending on the product, destination, and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Odor Supply House is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or other delivery issues outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Odor Supply House is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
We will do our best to assist when possible, but Odor Supply House is not responsible for stolen packages or carrier delivery errors after a package has been marked delivered.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery. We may request photographs of the damaged product, shipping carton, shipping label, and packaging materials.
Hazardous, Chemical, or Restricted Shipping
Some products may be subject to carrier restrictions, regional shipping limitations, or special handling requirements.
If a product cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, Odor Supply House primarily ships within the United States.
If you are outside the United States and interested in placing an order, please contact us before purchasing to confirm whether shipping is available.
