Most disinfectants make you choose: strong enough to work, or safe enough to breathe around. Briotech's Sanitizer Disinfectant is the rare one that does both. It's an EPA-registered sanitizer and disinfectant powered by hypochlorous acid (HOCl), the same substance your own immune system makes to fight germs. No harsh fumes, no added fragrance, no protective gear needed when used as directed. Just spray, wait, and get on with your day.

This comes in sizes from a 2 oz travel spray up to the full gallon. The gallon is the smart buy for pros, commercial accounts, and anyone who goes through disinfectant faster than a little spray bottle can keep up. Just refill your smaller bottles from it.

What it does

  • EPA-registered sanitizer + disinfectant (EPA Reg. No. 93108-1). Kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. on hard, non-porous surfaces, including SARS-CoV-2 in 2 minutes. Also effective against Salmonella, E. coli, MRSA, Listeria, Staphylococcus aureus, and more, per the product label.
  • Food-contact safe with no rinse. Sanitize counters, cutting boards, and food prep areas without a rinse step.
  • Made from salt, water, and electricity. The active ingredient is hypochlorous acid at 0.018%. Nothing harsh, no added fragrance, no overwhelming fumes.
  • No PPE required when used as directed.
  • Controls mold and mildew on hard, non-porous surfaces such as bathrooms, showers, tile, and gym areas.
  • Deodorizes as it disinfects, and helps reduce non-living allergens like dust mite matter, pollen, and pet dander on hard surfaces.

How to use it

Spray directly onto the surface until thoroughly wet. Allow to air dry, or wipe after 1 minute. No rinsing required.

Hard, non-porous surfaces only. Not for fabric, upholstery, or carpet, which it may discolor.

Frequently asked questions

Is it safe to use around kids and pets?
When used as directed, no special protective equipment is required. It's fragrance-free and fume-free, which is why it's used in nurseries, schools, and pet living areas. As with any disinfectant, follow the label directions.

Can I use it on my couch or carpet?
No. This product is for hard, non-porous surfaces only. Using it on fabric, upholstery, or carpet risks discoloration.

Do I need to rinse after spraying?
No. It's a no-rinse formula, including on food-contact surfaces. Spray, let it sit, and either air dry or wipe after 1 minute.

How long does it need to sit to work?
One minute for general sanitizing and disinfecting. The label specifies 2 minutes for SARS-CoV-2 on hard, non-porous surfaces.

How is this different from bleach?
Bleach works, but it comes with harsh fumes, surface damage risk, and rinse requirements. This gives you EPA-registered disinfecting power with no harsh ingredients, no added fragrance, and no rinse step.

Why does the gallon matter?
If you're disinfecting commercially or just go through a lot of it at home, the gallon is far more economical than buying spray bottles one at a time. Refill your spray bottles from it.

Why Odor Supply House carries it

I was a Briotech distributor before I ever sold it online, so this isn't a product I picked from a catalog. I know it, I've used it, and I came back to it for one reason: the EPA registration. Plenty of cleaners claim a lot. Very few HOCl products carry an actual EPA registration number, and for professional and commercial customers, that registration matters. It also fills a real gap on our shelf: an EPA-registered disinfectant you can buy by the gallon. If you need the credential and the volume, this is it.
