Some odor jobs do not respond to a spray-and-wipe. The smell keeps coming back because the organic matter is still there: urine soaked into a subfloor, waste baked into a trash room floor, grease and biofilm in a drain line, the residue left after a hoarding cleanout. You can mask that for a day. You cannot clean it away with a surface cleaner, because the soil itself is the odor source. That is the job Enzy-Digest is built for.
Enzy-Digest is a professional-strength, multi-enzyme concentrate. It does not cover odor with fragrance. It breaks down the organic compounds that hold odor, using 25 classes of digestive enzymes, including proteases for proteins such as urine, feces, blood, and food; lipases for fats and oils such as grease and manure; amylases for starches and sugars; ureases and uricase for ammonia and uric acid; and oxidoreductases that help suppress stains and odor molecules. The result is actual digestion of waste, without masking agents or harsh chemicals.
It is a concentrate, so it is diluted with clean, cool water for the job at hand. General cleaning and deodorizing runs 2 oz per gallon, applied by spray or mop. Urine, feces, heavy odors, and stains run 4 to 6 oz per gallon, sprayed, agitated, and rinsed or extracted. Floor drains get 2 oz per gallon poured daily for five days as an initial treatment, then weekly for maintenance. Residential septic systems run 4 oz per gallon added weekly, and commercial septic runs 8 oz per 5 gallons added weekly on low flow. A drain field opener dose is 20 oz per 10 gallons, sprayed until the soil is saturated. In every case, keep the surface visibly damp for at least 15 to 30 minutes so the enzymes have time to work, and do not allow the treatment to dry prematurely. Agitate if needed, then rinse or extract if required, or allow to air dry.
Use it where organic odor actually lives: pet odor remediation, hoarding odor recovery, trash rooms and dumpster areas, locker rooms and restrooms, mold and odor remediation work, property management turnovers, hospitality and facility care, farms and agriculture, and food and beverage processing areas. It is built for commercial, institutional, restoration, and industrial use, and it is the professional-grade counterpart to the homeowner enzyme products: stronger, concentrated, and dosed by the job rather than by the spray bottle.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is Enzy-Digest different from Odors Away?
Odors Away is the homeowner enzyme product, ready to use in a spray bottle. Enzy-Digest is the professional-grade concentrate: stronger, sold by the quart, and diluted by the job. It is the one for commercial work, remediation jobs, and anyone treating drains, septic, or large areas where a spray bottle is the wrong tool.
Does it disinfect or sanitize?
No. Enzy-Digest is an enzyme digester, not a disinfectant or sanitizer. It breaks down organic matter and the odors that come with it. It makes no kill claims, and it is not a substitute for a disinfectant where disinfection is required.
Can I use it full strength?
It is made to be diluted. Follow the dilution guide for the application: 2 oz per gallon for general work, up to 4 to 6 oz per gallon for urine, feces, and heavy soils. Using more than the guide calls for does not make it work faster; dwell time does.
How long does it need to sit?
Keep the surface visibly damp for at least 15 to 30 minutes. That dwell time is when the enzymes do the work. Do not allow the treatment to dry prematurely. Agitate if needed, then rinse or extract if required, or allow to air dry.
Is it safe for septic systems?
Yes, it is septic safe, and septic dosing is one of its listed uses: 4 oz per gallon weekly for residential systems, and 8 oz per 5 gallons weekly on low flow for commercial systems.
What surfaces can it be used on?
Treated surfaces in the application areas listed above, applied as directed. Always test inconspicuously first for compatibility, and use only as directed.
What size is it?
One 32 fl oz (946 mL) bottle of concentrate. Because it dilutes to 2 to 6 oz per gallon for most work, a single bottle covers a lot of ground.
Why Odor Supply House Carries Enzy-Digest
I have spent years on jobs where the odor outlasted every cleaner that was tried on it, because nobody dealt with the organic soil underneath. Enzyme digestion is the honest answer for those jobs, and it is a tool I reach for in the field. I carry Enzy-Digest because it is the professional version of that tool: a real multi-enzyme concentrate, dosed by the job, built for the commercial and remediation work where a homeowner spray is not enough. It is the product I would hand to a contractor, a property manager, or a restorer who needs the odor gone at the source, not covered for a weekend.
